Can I still use my loyalty programs when booking?

Absolutely! In fact, we’d like to know up front what loyalty programs, such as Delta SkyMiles, that you belong to so we can ensure you get the points or miles you’re entitled to. In your client profile form that we send at the beginning of your planning phase for new clients, be sure to add any and all loyalty programs so we have those on record during the booking phase. If you are already an existing client and need to add/modify a loyalty program, simply email us the details.

What services does Diamond Shores Travel provide?

We specialize in full-service travel planning, including leisure vacations, group trips, kids dance or sport competition travel, destination weddings, honeymoons, business travel, and customized itineraries. Whether it’s a quick getaway or a luxury escape, we handle the research, details, and bookings so you can focus on enjoying the journey. Think of us as your personal assistant in your busy schedule for all things travel related.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes, we charge a professional planning fee. This fee ensures you receive personalized attention, thorough research, and access to exclusive travel options and rates through our industry partnerships. The exact fee varies based on complexity of travel and will be discussed upfront and paid before we begin planning. Typical planning fee ranges from $29.99 for straightforward domestic travel to $99.99 for multi-destination international travel. We are transparent about our planning fee where as others may bake it into the booking cost.

Can you help with family and group travel?

Of course! We assist with kid-friendly vacations, multi-room accommodations, recreational sports and dance competition travel, as well as large family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and group tours.

Why should I book through a travel advisor instead of online?

Booking and researching online can be overwhelming and time-consuming. With Diamond Shores Travel, you gain that time back to your busy schedule and a travel advisor who provides recommendations, insider access to special rates and packages, and ongoing support before, during, and after your trip. Plus, we advocate on your behalf should unexpected issues arise.

Do you only book trips within the United States?

No, we plan both domestic and international travel experiences. From Caribbean beaches to European adventures, we cover destinations worldwide.

Do you book business travel?

Yes. We can provide policy-compliant, cost-effective business travel arrangements for you and your employees. We are currently focused on small businesses at this time as our bandwidth doesn’t allow for larger corporations. Please email us directly if interested in setting up a service contract. Planning fees are waived for service contracts, however there is a smaller per booking-per employee service fee and annual service contract fee.

How do I get started?

Simply reach out to us through our Contact Us page. Once you provide some basic details of yourself and your trip goal(s), we’ll schedule a consultation call to go over any missing gaps in your requirements and what the planning fee for your trip will be. Once paid, the research begins and we’ll be back in touch again within a couple of days to schedule a virtual meeting call to go over options. Once you’ve selected the travel journey to pursue during our virtual meeting, we’ll get you booked in. Once we’ve presented options and estimated quoted cost, please be advised that time is of essence as rates and availability change daily - and in some rare cases hourly.
