Diamond Shores Travel, LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Diamond Shores Travel, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the arrangement of travel-related services. By booking services through our Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Planning & Consultation Fees

1.1 Planning Fees – Our Agency charges professional planning fees for researching, designing, and managing your travel arrangements.

• Standard Trip Planning Fee: starting at $29.99 per household/trip.

• Customized/Complex Itinerary Fee (multi-destination, group, luxury, or international travel): starting at $59.99.

• Last-Minute Booking Add-on Fee (travel within 14 days): $19.99.

1.2 Non-Refundable – All planning and consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel is booked, canceled, or changed.

1.3 Application of Fees – Planning fees are separate from supplier costs (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) and will not be applied toward final trip payments.

2. Supplier Terms

2.1 The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

2.2 All bookings are subject to the suppliers’ own terms, conditions, and policies, including payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

2.3 The Agency is not responsible for any supplier’s failure to perform or changes to their services.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment deadlines will be provided by the Agency and must be met to secure reservations.

3.2 Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of services without refund.

3.3 All payments must be made in U.S. dollars by approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations and changes are subject to supplier policies, which may include penalties or non-refundable amounts.

4.2 Our Agency’s planning fees remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.3 Any refunds, if available, will be issued by the supplier and processed in accordance with their terms.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and other required travel documents.

5.2 The Agency is not responsible for denial of travel due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

6. Travel Risks & Responsibilities

6.1 Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, cancellations, natural disasters, health risks, political instability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that the Agency is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

6.3 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Agency’s liability is limited to the amount of planning fees paid directly to us. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

9. Acceptance

By paying our planning fee or booking travel services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
