Your travel advisor will handle the details, from comparing flights and resorts to securing exclusive perks, rates, and/or offers you won’t find online. We leverage our industry connections & partnerships to make sure your trip is both memorable and worry-free.

3. Transparent Planning Fees

To provide you with the highest level of service and dedicated support, non-refundable planning fees may apply. These fees cover:

• In-depth research, quote generation, & customized itineraries

• Time spent coordinating logistics (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, etc.)

• Ongoing support before, during, and after your trip

Planning fees are discussed upfront, so you’ll always know what to expect—no surprises. Planning fees are due prior to Travel Advisor performing research and providing quotes. This is considered our handshake commitment with clients to proceed with booking reservations versus receiving a quote after the TA has performed many hours researching and clients being non-responsive afterwards. Fees range from $29.99 to $99.99 based on complexity of trip requirements.

Solo travelers can expect the lowest fee when looking for straightforward domestic travel arrangements, while international single resort family vacation packages are around the mid-point. Complex, multi-property stay international trips would be considered for the high end of the range. Corporate travel arrangements are $14.99 per individual for domestic and $19.99 for international.

Once your plans are finalized, we’ll handle all the reservations, confirmations, and travel documents, so you can focus on the fun part—counting down the days until departure.
